Game has become unplayable because of lagging and freezing

So when the game came out I had zero problems with the performance. Never had any lagging or crashing and I was able to finish it from start to end with so much joy. But I think when patch 7 / 7.5 / ...

I am from the future. This hasnt been adressed in any form. It literally makes the game unplayable. I now have these micro freezes all 2s on Koboh. 
And the Hardware is more than strong enough. Game is running on NVME obviously.
