Summarize your bug The game freezes when i load into a new game. I cant progress whatsoever. The scene where cal is in handcuffs. I have tried to contact xbox support, they told me to do a factory reset, but still no change, reinstall no change. Last they told me to contact the game publishers. So i did.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into a new game and for me it always happends
What happens when the bug occurs? The game always freezes but the normal audio continues
What do you expect to see? The game that i have been trying to get to work for the past 4 hours
I honestly dont know why this is happening, the game just freezes at the start
