Health Not Showing (Not health bar)

I can not see my current health. The color is in gray, cant tell if it is full or low. Not only that, enemy's health, force, none of the colors not showing. UI is on, because health bar stays in low left, but color is not changing. I touched game system accessibility, nothing worked. Anybody can help me to it? I died a lot for losing time on using steam because cannot see my health.
