Who is your PR rep? Do you really think no communicatiom at all is better than an honest update? Because franklly, each day that goes by makes things worse. If it is going to he awhile, then just say that. Saying nothing makes your brand look awful. Simple question. Are you working on this? Do you understand the problem? Do you have any idea (even if it is very rough) as to when people can expect a fix?
Saying something is worth more than silence. Do you giys even care? This is seriously business 101. It's been too long without a statement. ANY update is beter than none.
Let your customers know you care, what are you guys doing to make this better? Anything? Should people have to be asking 3 weeks later about a patxh for a now broken game?
Just, can you be honest for a second, and say something? Where are you at with this? What are you doing about this? Silence indicates you don't care. Do you?

How has a statement like thus not happened? You leave your customers assum8ng NOTHIING is happening, whrn it is very easy to buy yourselves time in the right way.
How has it been this liong with no statement? Is this game just broken? And does Respawn or EA care? Come on guys, tell us something!
