I died after getting the dash ability while figuring out how to use it after the cutscene in Jedah's Singing Ruins and it places me in an area outside of the chamber but I can't proceed ahead because the door you are supposed to go through won't open. There is no prompt to use a force power and both push and pull have no effect. I'm 30 hrs in and can't proceed ahead and there is no older save that I can load.
Same and its really disappointing
Literally woke up to this issue.. turned on game after exiting last night.. spawned in this cave where I have to jump across. Reach a door that can't open.. am I missing something

is this issue soo necesary to resolve? look! the ussers and clients try to resolve for themselves look Reedit .... its (I attached link) the way that the ussers solve is for a gold trophy! Amazing!

Hey I found a fix on PC! Go to your save files under C:\Users\"xxx" \Saved Games\Respawn\JediSurvivor and remove the file "SaveGame00.sav" where "xxx" is your username. After removing that file you can reopen the game and it should take you back to a previous save just before you reached the soft lock area. Worked perfectly for me!
Cannot open the door once getting dash ability. Reloaded game many times died etc. cannot force grab the door to open it. Completely stuck.

- @shoklitz it's posted a few times on reddit, too. Imagine being like a billion dollar company and you can't fix a door in your game.
Does anybody of the criminals at EA doing something about the bug with the closed door? Or give us our money back. **bleep**ing morons.

yep. posted here multiple times and on reddit. Judging from these posts, it's been known about by EA for roughly a week.
How long does it take a multimillion dollar company to fix a closed door? I am unsure.

Happened to me I replayed the whole game to get back to this point. Here is the fix.
when you get to the singing ruins and slide down the wall after jumping from the rope, open the door on both sides before entering into the cutscene. This will allow the door to be open when you continue.

By chance I opened them both (cause I didn't know where to go) and the entered the cut-scene. Still happened to me. ☹️
Did you ever get through the doors
No, unfortunately I haven't. I tried the jump/dash and pause glitch technique and made it to the other side but immediately fell into the chasm. Managed to do it like 4 times with the same results.
Same thing for me as well. Stuck behind a door that doesn't respond. I've seen this problem posted over a year ago and still no fix? Refunds are good start if their not interested in maintaining their game.
