Crashing at that section works similar to if you die because it happened before the next save point.
Please keep me up to date on your progress and I hope you're able to progress without running into this issue again.

From your response it looks like EA doesn't have any plan to fix this bug. Am I wrong? Is there any plan - date when this bug will be fixed? Thanks in advance for your honest answer.
