Hey folks, the studio team is aware and investigating this issue, when I know more I'll pop an update here in the thread.

It’s December 2024 and I just fell victim to the same glitch. What, if anything, is EA doing to fix this issue? What a waste of money.

Their response "restart the game" which I translated as uninstall and get a refund. Never again buying an EA studio game.
