Pc also, please fix this bug
Hey I found a fix on PC! Go to your save files under C:\Users\"xxx" \Saved Games\Respawn\JediSurvivor and remove the file "SaveGame00.sav" where "xxx" is your username. After removing that file you can reopen the game and it should take you back to a previous save just before you reached the soft lock area. Worked perfectly for me!

Worked for me (on PC). Took me back to previous save point BEFORE the bug.
Apparently EA devs don't use PC's and should start paying or hiring the community members that fix EA's problems.
the bug happened to me on my survivor+ save and when i delete it it goes back to the same spot
