Are they working on the singing ruins bug. I'm really enjoying the game and then I get stuck at some metal doors. I'm playing on the Ps5. I hope they fix it cause I'm starting to think did I waste my money

They have stated that their best advice is to restart your journey from the beginning, but I was able to find a way to phase through the door, I posted the clip on YouTube with instructions.

I have tried this with no luck, not sure how you’ve managed it… Surely this bug has been fixed by now?
Sadly it hasn't. I encountered that bug a few hours ago and that's how I landed here.
Later I will try the YouTube video suggestion and hopefully it will work, otherwise I will just drop the game cause there's no way I will restart from zero only to possibly land in the same spot again, because it will happen every time the game is interrupted before the next saving spot either by dying, power outage, or just stopping the game.
In my case I died too many times trying to get to the temple after I got the power to jump.
It sucks cause I really liked it and I didn't think about googling game breaking bugs before purchase, considering that the game came out so long ago. A lesson learned, I guess.
Yeah, been trying for one hour now but this is one of those things that work very randomly. Hope it's gonna fix the issue for someone else, but I will just drop the game and move to the next one.
Seeing that the issue has first been reported in September and not a single answer from them said something along the line of "we're working on it/ it will be fixed with the next patch", I doubt they will ever fix this.
