I am Stucked in Singing Ruins

I hope you filed with the FTC. I did a few months ago. Spread the word about this criminal inactivity from EA with this video

I’m glad this is working for some people. I tried for about 30 minutes and got through twice only to fall off on the other side. At this point I really just don’t want to play this game anymore. Even if I get past the door, I’ll never be able to shake the thought of the horrendous response EA had to this game breaking bug. This game is still being sold on store shelves! It’s unbelievable   

Happened to me I replayed the whole game to get back to this point. Here is the fix. 

when you get to the singing ruins and slide down the wall after jumping from the rope, open the door on both sides before entering into the cutscene. This will allow the door to be open when you continue.

By chance I opened them both (cause I didn't know where to go) and the entered the cut-scene. Still happened to me. ☹️ 

@EA_Rtas any Updates or something?

Jedi Survivor was quickly becoming one of my favourite games in years but now I am stuck due to a game breaking bug. Just after learning jump dash on Jedha I am stuck behind a door I previously opened. Nothing I try will rectify this. This game has brought my love of gaming back but I don’t have the time to restart from the beginning to solve this. Please please release a fix for this bug, I am not the only one who has experienced this. I really want to continue my game.

Same thing for me as well.  Stuck behind a door that doesn't respond. I've seen this problem posted over a year ago and still no fix? Refunds are good start if their not interested in maintaining their game.
