I am Stucked in Singing Ruins

And yet. It has not been fixed. 5 months later and the game is unplayable past this point. Disgraceful.

Are you still working here or what? Are you going to do your job and respond to the dozens of people asking you about the glitch in Jedi Survivor? At least let us know how we can get a refund because asking us to restart the game and spend 20+ hours of their life again is not acceptable. Would you do a job for more than 30 hours for free?

Actually the best way is to find the previous save in the computer (c:\user\*name*\saved games\respawn\JediSurvivor and to delete the most recent save and keep the oldest 

Exemple :  delete the save "backup00_1.sav"(time 2h00)  and "saveGames00.sav"(time 2h00 and keep "backup00.sav"(time 1h50)

The games will start with the previous save after that (that worked for me) 

Ps5, there are responses on here from five months ago and you still haven’t done anything. Hurry it up or start refunding.

Hey, thanks for replying but unfortunately I have this game on the PS5. They refuse to address the issue I don’t have an option of returning to a previous save. Great system they have here.

No, unfortunately I haven't. I tried the jump/dash and pause glitch technique and made it to the other side but immediately fell into the chasm. Managed to do it like 4 times with the same results.

If you're on console this worked for me, follow these instructions:

Step by step guide:

1) activate photo mode

2) exit photo mode

(Steps 1 and 2 have to be done only one time)

3) jump-jump-dash into the corner/hinge area

4) just as you hit it, enter the menu

5) switch the performance mode to the quality

mode

(Repeat steps 3-5 until you appear on the outer

ledge)

6) jump and dash onto the middle platform

7) (obvious) meditate to save a different respawn point

Hey, thanks! Just yesterday I saw another technique, which is to spam jump and dash in the same corner and it will put you on the other side of the door. Within one minute of trying it I got it to work and I didn’t fall into the chasm either. Finally I can continue to play the game! No thanks to EA_Rtas and his useless team at EA. Get a new job

Im in the same situation please EA Group , help for continue the game. i dont want to restart again more than 10 hours of game. (I attached images) playing in PS5

is this issue soo necesary to resolve? look! the ussers and clients  try to resolve for themselves look Reedit .... its (I attached link) the way that the ussers solve is for a gold trophy! Amazing!
