Im frustrated

I am currently stuck on the save zee mission I got to the generator underbelly but I was not able to unlock the lift and slam ability so I am unable to get to the room to even unlock it or pass the the next part of the mission, I have tried to go around the other way to fall back down but there is a white see through wall where I need to get in and I can’t get through it, I have tried everything I can think of I don’t know what else to do.
