Jedi: Survivor doesn't launch

I can only play on the sundays so I decided to buy a month of EA play pro to play Jedi: Survivor, I downloaded 140 GB of game and then I cannot play it? Many people had this problem but none of the fixes (like starting everyhting as admin or clearing the cache or repairing the game's install) worked so I'm just here after wasting 15 euros and my sunday's gaming plan staring a bar going left to right with nothing starting.
I'm on Windows 11

    Hey @marcatzeri

Does it endless try to launch the game, or do you get an error message?

Also, if you have not yet can we try the following?

    Thanks!

  • So I am having the same issue with both Jedi Sruvivor and Jedi Fallen order. I'm not sure if an update cme out or not, but I have tried to do a app recovery, app restart, uninstall, reinstall, changed what drive it was installed on. I went and did the same thing for both the games, uninstall and reinstall on different drives, tired game recovery. Did a system check and followed all the steps that everyone has been suggesting in multiple different posts. But to no avail, every time I launch the game I see my ram use go up and then drop back down, it stays preparing game and then closes then opens the EA App saying that "You're alreayd playing this game, it's a good one too" and then that's it. I can go no further with either game past that. Is there any thing else that it could be?
