Jedi Survivor Preload error

I've been trying to preload Jedi Survivor since the moment it became available but it keeps failing. It gets stuck at the preparing stage and then x amount of time passes and just says download error...

I downloaded the game today, but when I try to run it, the message appears that "This title may have been downloaded by another user. Please log in to another account or restart the application".
I only have 1 EA account, so I tried the second option which would be to restart the app, but it still doesn't work.

I can see by your screenshot that it's still the 27th where you are. Could you just be too early?
