You asked me to collect information on my issue. This I have done. I have also explained my issue at large which others have also reported.
You asked me to show you when and how I crashed. So I did. This is not a separate issue because you already had known about my issue (as we discussed).
I can’t even play the game at all. Why is my issue not important now that I have shown you proof that the game is utterly broken.
I understand, but this thread is actually for the issue with getting stuck at the loading screen. You can get past the main menu. This is a different issue and one I don't have any other suggestions for.

Ok I’m confused. You keep asking for videos but multiple of us have already sent them. Are we actually making progress on this issue? You said you have shared the videos with the team but we still don’t know anything! I’m sorry this just gets frustrating, and I know there are a lot more issues than these but I’ve been reporting this issue for over 3 weeks now, and nobody can tell me anything at all? I really wanted to play this game by the time my summer started, but here we are, and I still don’t have a clue when or if I will get to experience the game. I just really hope this isn’t something where support kind of dies off after the first two weeks and once most of the issues are fixed then the less common get ignored. I haven’t even been able to accept the terms of service for this game that’s how sad this is! Again, I don’t mean any harm to anybody, I really just want to help in any way I can so this gets fixed.

There are 2 different issues being reported here, but we're asking for videos on the issue the OP mentioned. Which is clicking on Continue on the main menu and then freezing on a loading screen.
The other issue being reported, that is not being tracked in this thread, is crashing after you have loaded in to the game. We want videos on the former rather than the latter. The latter issue should be in a separate thread.

Hey so i can't find the right way to respond to this thread that i think is relevant to my issue, essentially my game crashes before the main menu, I have done everything suggested on this thread so here's a video about my situation.

Nothing is being said in the other thread about the game crashing after loading in. Those who can’t even play the game are being forgotten. I have had the game since the 28th launch and it has almost been a month. Still can’t play.
please don’t forget about us who still cannot play the game.

What about those of us having issues even getting the game to play in the first place?
You merged that thread with this one but has not really been addressed in weeks now. I have 70 dollar paper weight at this point.
I've tried every suggestion available to me in this thread both with a digital only along with going and buying a physical copy and yet I still cannot get past the 3 starting title cards. - 2 years ago
I have this exact same issue as well. I have owned this game for weeks since the release but can't get past the 3 intro scenes. It just crashes when it shows the jedi temple. This is the worst game release I have ever seen!

I agree it's been over a month and still nothing. This maybe this is an area for the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection as it seems like fraud to release services / product that was known to be defective considering there was a zero-day patch.

@EA_Aljo Hi, I updated my game today and still am unable to get beyond the 3 title cards as the game launches. I purchased a physical copy of the game on 5/5 and it is incredibly frustrating that I continue to be unable to play this game.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions. We're receiving very few reports of this so as far as we can tell, it's been resolved on a large scale. So, something locally with your system, account or game is probably causing this. I assume you have the latest update? Also, have you tried deleting and reinstalling lately? Does this also happen if you log in to a different gamertag?
- 2 years ago@EA_Aljo it is not my system. It works fine with every other game. Running Diablo 4 right now and it is running great. The issue is on the games end.
I did a reinstall last night and tried to play this morning. It crashes at the menu now. It is actually worse now after the patch which is amusing.
I guess I won’t be able to play the game if only a few of us are reporting this issue which is a tad unfair that we get forgotten yet Ea gets my money.
If my other games work great. It must be something on the games performance. - 2 years ago

This appears to be an issue with the game on your system. I'm not saying that there is no problem with the game. It's just a lot more difficult to track down with such a small number of people experiencing this. Have you tried using a different gamertag?
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Are you also crashing before getting to the main menu?

Just did a fresh unistall/reinstall. I managed to get the terms of service agreements to go through by disconnecting my xbox from online services and installing strictly what was on the disc. I was able to complete the agreements and adjust settings on version 1.0 of the game. But as soon as I launch into it the game crashes. I even went as far as to turn on performance mode before trying to start playing. I have no issues with any other game on my console.

Can you please try a different gamertag and let me know what happens?
Are you getting to the main menu and then crashing when trying to play or do you crash while on the main menu?
If you are using a custom gamerpic, try switching to one of the default Xbox images instead.
Also, Try deleting the personal saved data for Jedi Survivor. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the Jedi Survivor tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
Try playing again and let me know what happens.
- 2 years ago@EA_Aljo before the latest patch I could skip the intro cutscene and then it crashes as I am being led away by the security.
Now it crashes at the main menu.

At this point, I'm completely stumped as to what could fix this. I'm looking in to it and if I hear of anything new to try, I'll pass it on.
Edit: I have a couple more questions for you. Is the game installed on an internal or external hard drive? Also, are you a part of the Xbox Insider program?

@EA_AljoI was a part of it. I left the program to try and fix the game.
The game is installed on the Xbox SSD. I have deleted everything and started the Xbox as factory to try and fix the issue and it still doesn’t work
