Jedi survivor

Hello,

I have a question regarding STAR WARS JEDI SURVIVOR. Is it possible to play the game offline without connecting to EA servers? I had trouble starting the game earlier due to EA's login server being down.

If the game is a single player experience without any online components, I would like to be able to launch the game without any connection to EA.

The game in question was purchased on STEAM.

Thank you.

  • @rihitohasumi  For now, no.  The EA App currently only works if you sign into it while online, although you can immediately go offline and your single-player games should work.  Since playing Jedi Survivor in Steam still requires the EA App to be running, that means you'll need to have at least a temporary internet connection.

There have been many complaints about a lack of a true offline mode in the EA App, so at the very least, the devs are aware of the feedback.

  • Just had a storm roll through town and internet has been down for several days. I still have power and would love to play this SINGLE PLAYER game, but I cannot without launching the EA launcher (despite having bought the game on steam like almost everyone else).

I’m really not sure what the reason is behind requiring internet for a single player game, but it can’t be good.
