Main Objective: SHOW RESEARCH TO CORDOVA ON JEDHA

Hi I have run into an issue with Main objective "SHOW RESEARCH TO CORDOVA ON JEDHA" When i go to Jedha and click on him the dialouge gos away and nothing happens I have restarted game several times went back and redid the quest again nothing changes has anyone else ran into this issue?
