@JosephdeB and @SpartanGL2 One of the areas with a green barrier is actually optional; you can skip it if you want. Just to be clear, I'm talking about the area outside the entire super structure after you've fought three waves of enemies you trigger by rotating the revolving chamber. There's a nice prize to be had by going outside, but it's not mission-critical.
Rotate the chamber again so it opens towards the source of the floating grapple points and the open area inside the observatory. Grab one of the floaties and toss it into the area inside the observatory, then grapple to that and to one of the rotating wall run-capable walls to the left. Then grapple to the platform to the left of that.
I understand it would be great to have this fixed, but at least you can proceed in the interim.
