Never received Walmart hermit pre order bonus code
I preordered from Walmart but never received the codes just a “thanks for your order” email. I have the deluxe code but are missing the hermit bonus for ps5

@Dade81476 I'm having the same issue with the deluxe edition from Walmart. Im on Xbox Series X. Walmart customer service told me to contact EA.
They told me the same thing and kept trying to refund me. I just hate not having a complete game even if it’s cosmetics. EA should just give everyone the preorder bonus content for free. This would fix the code issues and let them concentrate on fixing bugs.I don’t see any North America pre order codes on eBay either just the deluxe content.
Just to clarify I bought Jedi Survivor deluxe edition for ps5 from Walmart.com. I contacted Walmart and they said to tell EA and not them.

The code was not on my receipt email or any email from Walmart or in my spam folder
IM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE!!! I’ve contacted EA and Walmart. EA just told me to ask Walmart and Walmart has no clue what I’m talking about.
