Hi everyone, 

Thanks for reaching out to us about this!

We're hoping to gather a bit more information to help us with our investigation. When you have the chance, can you share the following details? 

  • At what point in the game did you first notice this was happening? 
  • Did this start happening on a New Journey, or are you seeing this on an existing save? 

Workaround to (maybe temporarily) solve the issue:
We have seen that some players are able to make BD-1's Holomap appear again after playing a round of/interacting with the Holotactics table, which can be found on the second floor of Pyloon's Saloon on Koboh.

I haven't been able to fix this. I have tried all the suggested tricks. I am on the Save zee quest and I finished the holo tables challenge. Then I died attempting to challenge the rancor and the map died. I am a ps5 user. The only thing I haven't tried is complete Uninstall and reinstall which will take hours. The game is completely unplayable without the map please help.

    Hey @ncld4qfgsa57,

    If the mentioned workarounds don't work, I'm afraid that there's not much we can do at the moment sadly. The issue has been passed on to the teams and they're looking into it.

    @ncld4qfgsa57 I tried the uninstall. Didn’t work. Have you played holotactics since being killed by rancor? That worked for me. Same quest.

      I have tried everything in this chat and nothing has worked even after accessing the holotable and game is unplayable currently! Do we have an idea of when this will be fixed?
