No hit bug [Ps5 pro]

Even when I land hits on enemies (with lightsaber strikes or blaster shots), it appears as though the attacks do not register, as if they are missing the hitbox. This issue is the same for enemies attacking me—no damage is dealt. However, area-of-effect damage (such as bombs, missiles, or AOE abilities) works as intended.

In contrast, when I use the meditation training feature, I can confirm that attacks register correctly and deal damage.

Additionally, there is another bug where doors do not open when my character is standing in front of them.

I am playing on a PS5 Pro.

These issues are preventing me from progressing in the game. Prompt action to address this is highly needed.

(I have tried restarting the game and reinstalling it, but the issue persists.)
