Fish tank getting cleaned Every resource I have found says just by collecting fish the tank should be getting clearer. Many say that by 4/12 the tank should be pristine yet at 6/12 it is still dirty. @ozgnr5qxiags Yeah in my game it’s not working either. I also have 6/12 finish and I’ve talked to him till he doesn’t want to talk anymore. Idk what else to do

Also getting this bug, I wonder if it is because I think I recruited him before the area was opened up? In exploration games I try to explore as far as I can and had recruited him even before I was aware I could recruit people.

After being stuck at "Cleaner" even at 12/12 fish, I checked back after advancing the main quest, and I'm now at "Pristine." The current main objective is "Locate [NPC]," which you get after unlocking the fourth entry in Chapter 5 in the Quest section of the databank. So it looks like, intentionally or not, the tank's condition is gated behind main quest progression.

@ozgnr5qxiags So after having "cleaner" at 11/12 I got "Pristine" also at 11/12. I guess story progression triggers the "cleaning" and not actual fish count.

@Nandiman It seems to be a combination of both. In a vacuum, fish collection does the job. But for at least some people, you don't get the tank status you've otherwise earned until you progress the main story to certain milestones. I haven't seen anybody reporting a "pristine" tank with no fish, or with just a few, simply because they reached the appropriate quest point. But if you've tested and confirmed that, by all means please report the details.

I am also having this issue (Xbox series x) - I currently have 6/12and the tank is still dirty 😕

PC here. I have all 12 species; I talked to Skoova as much as I could and it's still not clean just "cleaner". (I also completed all the main quests, so no more story progression.)
