Unfortunate that there hasn't been a reply from EA at least acknowledging the issues in this thread if they're going to merge the posts together. These reports aren't even of the same bugs, only one person in this compiled thread had the same issue as I did. Additionally, to have support agents in other threads similar in nature to this one ask if we can "try loading a somewhat earlier save as a workaround and see if that fixes the issue?" not only shows how out-of-touch the support is, but also how egregious and devoid of common sense it is to release a game with no option to reload a previous save, or even restart a mission. Either of these would have fixed countless errors that have resulted in the game being unplayable, locked and unable to progress.
If these issues do not receive some acknowledgement from EA within the next 48 hours I will be refunding the game, and I encourage everyone else here to do the same- not like we would be able to enjoy it anyway.

I've moved your post out of another thread. Seems like someone thought it was the same issue and merged it there. Now it is more clear.
It's very annoying that you can't progress further. Hopefully they will fix these hard-stuck issues soon.
(Just to note, I'm not EA. Just a player like you.)
