It would be useful if you could provide us with an actual error code, a screenshot of the error and maybe even a DxDiag of your system: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/.

It would be very useful, wouldn't it? But what error code can I screenshot when the game just freezes and doesn't give me any errors and then crashes.
Here is the best I can do for you at the moment.
Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: JediSurvivor.exe (10652) consumed 21031378944 bytes.
I had to go into event viewer to see what was going on. This follows exactly what task manager reports, you are low on memory please close one of the following apps and the only app that is shown is Jedi Survivor.
That translates to 19.587 Gigs of virtual memory. Hope this helps. Thank for the response.
