Yep, got this too - mines on path of persistence, can see it on my mini map just stuck in the floor

Any fix for this? I ran into the same issue you did and it’s the only thing left on that planet keeping me from 100% and it’s really bothering me. I’ve already tried restarting the game, my PS5, and even deleting and redownloading the whole game and no luck.
I have the exact same issue - restarting doesn't solve it.
