[PC] - AZERTY Keyboard - Keybind problems with Interface category.

Summarize your bug Problem with rebinding some interface keybinds. For Information : i'm using AZERTY (fr) keyboard.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? - With an AZERTY keyboard setup - Start with default keybinds - Go under Interface category in Keybinds - Try to rebind Up, Left, Down, Right
What happens when the bug occurs? - The keybinds conflicts with Basic controls, but it makes no sense as they are never used at the same time. - Trying to rebind one of them make the game loop the input continuously.
What do you expect to see? - Being able to rebind correctly, and no hidden keybind.

Interface/up and Interface/left are bound to [arrow_up][Z] and [arrow_left][Q] respectively by default, but Interface/down and Interface/right are only bound to [arrow_down] and [arrow_right]. However, they look like to work, most of the time with the classic ZQSD navigation. But actually, it is impossible to bind them hard, as they are conflicting with Basic/Down and Basic/Left which isn't normal as this inputs are not used at the same time in the game. Additionally rebinding them make the game crazy and it enforce the input continuously by itself scrolling all the menus.
