How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do ALL activities related to perk slots, check if you got all 10 perk slots.
What happens when the bug occurs? Firstly maximum perk slots are not increased. And stay at below 10, Secondly Trophy/Achievement for unlocking all perk slots does not trigger.
What do you expect to see? Bug to be patched. And perk slots to be given retroactively. (To also unlock the Achievement/Trophy)
It seems that some perk slot unlocking tasks are bugged and don't unlock the slot. I've done all 6 essences and bought the slot in the shop. But my max perks are at 8/10. I went back to every essence spot to make sure and they are indeed collected.
This also prevents the perk slot related trophy from unlocking.
After relaunching the game multiple times, once because it crashed, the missing slots appreaed.
