Possible bug

I'm at the objective where you're on the second planet after the beginning of the game and you have to travel to ceres base.  The main objective is travel to ceres base and the description is cal and merrin head to ceres base, but a storm is approaching. As I headed to the main objective  inside the base I was locked out of everything and I'm unsure of what to do next.
