Adding to the pile of this mess is how the solution for this keeps being re-marked as:
"Unfortunately, we are at the moment not able to assist with orders that have been made via Amazon. If you have not received your Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition bonus codes from Amazon, and you think that you're eligible for this, please reach out to Amazon support to get assistance with this issue, as they are the ones who are distributing the codes"
This is not a response. This is just corporate spiel and is not a solution. Neither EA nor Amazon want to take responsibility for this mess and just keep passing the buck.
I have lost trust in both companies at this point and don't see that trust being restored.
