It happened to many people after the release of patch 5.
Did you start the game before or after patch 5 release?

I started the game initially on the retail release version but went to talk to Caij after patch 5.
The tutorial for bounty hunting appeared but that's it. Can't access any bounty menu and the rumor is stuck on "go speak to Caji".
That said, I have been able to talk to her on some occasions - for example, when she commented regarding Merrin. So it's not like I can't interact at all.
This is * dumb how can ea screw up a single player game
By rushing the release, overworking developers, relying on preorder sales, and riding the Star Wars license to success.
Can anyone anywhere at least comment on this issue? Is ANYONE going to even acknowledge this is happening? This is about as close to an A Level bug as possible without a hard crash.
It is a total joke. I have started playing another game due to this. I'm not sure if I'll even go back when it is fixed. Why nobody in the gaming media is even mentioning this game breaking bug Is beyond me. On twitter they are even touting themselves as game of the year contenders. Laughable.
