BIG SAME. 2nd puzzle in the area. My game crashed and now I can get into the rooms, toss the ball into the hole in the wall, get BD's Koboh Grinder upgrade, then that's it. I can't force pull the ball from the hole to get it back to its original position to progress.
I also can't scan anything with BD. I hear his sound, letting me know there's something to scan in the area, but the option doesn't pop-up to allow the scan to happen.
Closing and restarting my game did not help BD's scanning issue. It did help with the force pull issue.
Very frustrating.
