For error code "CE-34878-0" first I would recommend trying the steps shared by Sony here. 

If your save has become corrupted you can try pulling a copy for PSN's cloud system and containing it from there. If you are unable to or if it is corrupt as well we can try playing from a new save and checking if any of the mentioned issues continue.
