Thanks for taking a moment to reach out to the community on Answers HQ! When you have a moment can we give the following steps a shot?

  1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
  2. If there’s an option available, try capping your frame rate. You can also enable Vertical Sync (V-Sync), to match your frame rate to your display’s refresh rate.
  3. Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
  4. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

If this keeps up, would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?
