@headbakin Hey man luckily I found a quick fix just fast travel to the meditation point by the hangar and then close and restart the game. It worked for me thankfully.

I was in the post game just going back for a chest and this 100 percent worked for me. Thanks for the fix.
This worked for me too. Walked around that room for like 30 minutes thinking it was puzzle. Nope just restart and it was open
