Summarize your bug Jedi: Survivor has crashed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know, it happens when I have clicked to play and it loads then crashes.
What happens when the bug occurs? game closes out and I get the crash reporter.
What do you expect to see? To play the game.

I would like to play the game but it crashes everytime I click play.

  • My game kept crashing within a couple of minutes. Never managed to get beyond the senator first scene.

    This is how I solved it after trying everything (updating BIOS, reinstalling drivers, repariring the game, repairing Windows, cleaning EA APP caché...)

    Disabled XMP / EXPO for my RAM
    Disabled PBO in BIOS
    Disabled Core Performance Boost
    Reinstalled AMD GPU Driver but ONLY THE DRIVER, not the Adrenalin App

    My Specs
    Ryzen 5 7600X
    32 GB RAM 6000 (Now running at 4800)
    AMD RX 7900 XTX

  • Is there a patch coming up soon? I want to * finish the game but it's impossible to play more than 15 minutes. I want to kill someone ffs.

  • So, here we are, over a month after game release and still no word from anyone here or in other threads regarding fixing this specific crash problem. It really is pathetic that EA and or Respawn can't find the time to respond to so many people having the same issue.

    What is worse is the total lack of any attempt to address the issue by the companies involved in developing this game. No posts on the forums, no notes in the patches released so far addressing this problem, no moderator commentary or solutions since launch day. I hope everyone who reads this post realizes that the COMPANIES DONT GIVE A D#MN UNLESS YOU AFFECT THEIR BOTTOM LINE!

    I encourage everyone to do what I did and get an immediate refund for a crappy piece of software that never should have been released.

    Not only you don´t fix the goddam game, but you delete my messages. I´m sick of waiting and not receiving a solution. Asking for a refund right * now.

  • Don't bother, I'm way over this game and this * company. Lesson learned.

  • If EA can respond here - why aren't you providing an update on the fix for this issue? It's simply not good enough.
