Re: Game shuts ps5 off

Having the same problem as before the patch. I can get through the first couple of minutes walking with the handcuffs on. As soon as I get out of the elevator with the K2 droid the crashes start. The game will crash on the walk or during the cutscene. Skipping doesn’t help. I’ve tried changing performance settings, motion blur, HDR, etc.reinstalled the game a few times and the same thing. The game will lock up, broken audio starts then a green screen comes up before the PS5 shuts down. I regularly clean the fan and intake to make sure it doesn’t get clogged up. There’s a game problem. Please fix this so we can play the game we paid for.

@EA_Barry Hello i did clean it several times also did option 5 over safe mode and various other things.
The PS5 will still just randomly turn of when playing eafc 24 only! Please bring out a patch since im seeing that so many people are having the exact same problem.
