@6lrpniln6i5p I'm not exactly sure what puzzle you're talking about, but your issue sounds a lot like this one:

If that post doesn't help, please let me know where you are: what planet, what area, along with a screenshot of what you're looking at in-game.
It's on the planet koboh at the Location "Devastated settlement" the cube you move with the force is gone and it wont respawn.
The picture I sent has my exact location of where the cube should be as well as another picture of the cube gone.
@6lrpniln6i5p For the time being, you may need to quit without saving. The block should then be back where it belongs. If not, travel off-planet and back.
As a side note, I came back to the area to pick up some collectibles I'd missed the first time around, and the block was stuck up in the wall again. So be sure to look there too.
