Hello,
I just started playing my copy of Jedi Survivor, which I Pre Ordered from Steam, and I noticed none of the pre-order items are showing up in my game. When I go to check if they were installed, I see the image I attached. When I go to Steam, I can't find a way to "manage the add-ons." Any ideas as to how to fix this?
Thank you!
Same problem. I'm trying to repair the game at the moment and I've reached to EA. Still waiting for an answer
I think I found a fix (for Steam). Someone in a Steam discussion mentioned that if you uncheck the DLC, then it works. I tried it, and it did. I have no clue why telling Steam to uninstall the DLC makes the DLC appear, but it does (for me, at least).
Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug Despite purchasing the Deluxe version of the game, the extra cosmetic content i.e. the Han Solo jacket and Obi Wan lightsaber parts are unavailable.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After playing for a period of time, and possibly after unlocking a new lightsaber part, go to a workbench and try to select the DLC lightsaber parts. Similarly, Cal's customization will sometimes just not show the DLC clothing items.
What happens when the bug occurs? DLC items show as locked or do not show up at all. The UI is visibly wrong and glitched out. Restarting the game works sometimes, but multiple restarts are sometimes needed. The DLC content didn't even appear at all until my 4th time launching the game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see all of the DLC parts alongside the earned in-game parts alongside a funtional UI without needing to restart the game.
Hope this helps, it's really frustrating.

I have the same problem, and yes I have done that. No effect.
Both pre-order, and deluxe stuff is missing.

Hi all,
Could you please give this a try and let us know if it also works for you?
Go to the manage DLC page of the game in Steam (on the store page) > uncheck the DLC (the Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition content) > start the game > quit the game > go re-checkmark the DLC again on the manage DLC page > launch game again.
Alternatively, try to verify the game files via Steam.
This did not work for me. Unchecked DLC in Steam, launched game, verified content was not there, quit game, re-checked DLC, started game, DLC still not there.
@EA_Leeuw
I've done it to your exact instructions, and it hasn't worked.I have tried to do so, all files successfully validated so that can't be the issue.
