It's good to know the relevant teams are investigating the issue. However, it's been more than a month since I got the game and still haven't been able to play it.
Has there been any official update on this specific error? In the released patches up to now, there weren't any specific mentions of code error "CE-108255-1" in PS5.
Additionally, none of the options suggested here and in the thread you shared have worked out so far on my end. In fact, the status of the game has got worse with time: after the introduction with the logos ends, the game crashes and code error "CE-108255-1" pops up. But recently there's also screen tearing and glitching even during the introduction with the logos itself before the game crashes and code error "CE-108255-1" pops up.
So, it results evident that my copy of the game is completely inaccessible and unplayable.
It would be good to have an update on this specific error. Thank you.
I have had the same issues. Nothing works, the game crashes at the beginning. I bought the game at the release date, since that I have been revisiting, but so far nothing has changed.

Yeah, downloaded this game on friday and suddendly it begins to crash when im on jedha trying to get to the safe house the ps5 meets all requirments, but i still dont see the problem. Would you mind helping me EA?
