The game definitely supports controllers. In fact, the game arguably works better with a controller (on console). In fact, I had to use a controller to fix some of the menu items.
I've noticed some games having issues when both keyboard/mouse and controller are plugged in - i.e. should use one or the other.
I'm looking for clear, straightforward responses, from knowledgeable individuals.

Can you change the difficulty levels in Patch 8, using the arrow keys on a USA Qwerty keyboard, or just using the mouse by itself?
If not, then which controller is officially supported by Electronic Arts for playing Jedi: Survivor on PC? Official support, how the game is guaranteed to be playable 100% of the time.
