Summarize your bug After falling down the long shaft after encountering rayvis I glitched through a door that I was not supposed to go thorough without the ability to pull the door up and now I’m stuck in the generator underbelly without the ability to Get through and I cannot backtrack to Get the cut scene and I also did not get the cut scene where I acquire the ability.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do the same mission
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t progress in the game
What do you expect to see? I want to know a solution or get In contact with someone at support because I can’t believe it’s so hard to get in contact with someone with a game that has so many bugs

can I please get in contact with somebody at support I can’t even play the game I paid $70 for and I am not restarting after making so much progress and a risk of the bug happening again

I had it too on PS5, for some reason, after a fight in a room with a pile of 9 crates at the center in the Generator Underbelly, a platform you're supposed to lift down with R1+X has issues. You can see the possibility to do it for a brief moment when you pause/ unpause game or move auickly the camera... What I did was reloading the game and when entering this room I lifted down this platform before fighting the enemies. It then seemed to unlock and was available to other liftdowns. Hope this helps!

I am also stuck. Spoke to playstation support and they basically don't care. Even though it says you can get a refund if game is faulty, EA would have to declare it faulty. Since they haven't, we will continue to have problems and playstation will continue to not care, just keep taking our hard earned money $$$$
