  • @EA_Leeuw- I'm still having problems with Best Buy. This was the latest from them on Tuesday May 9:

    This email is in response for the POB codes of Star Wars Jedi Survival.

    I'm sorry to know that you still not receive the code for POB codes from the game of Star Wars Jedi Survival.

    We regret to inform you that this software encountered some problems and we're in the process of escalating it as of the moment so we don't have codes to provide for now.

    As per careful review, we have to investigate and report this manually to Higher Management for assistance on why it shows error to our support team's tools.

    Since we are the retailer selling this product, we will take time to check with the vendor to avoid this type of issues in the future. The escalation may take at least 24 - 48hrs before we receive any updates. Please keep an eye on your email time to time.

    I've created a case with EA but that doesn't seem to be helping much...
