Also having the same problem, redeemed the code from g2a and it was accepted, ea app crashed during the install preparation, now it won’t show up in my library even after clearing the cache and restarting the app

my game no longer appears in the library, the game is star wars survivorIve got the same problem, redeemed the code but its not in my library its about the new star wars game btw.
But I redeemed my code while the server was not working properly, so i thinks thats the problem. Hope EA will fix this!

So I just checked Origin account on my macbook and my game does show up there 😂, so its the EA app not syncing right or something. unfortunately I cant play the game on my macbook because its windows only...
Same issue as everyone else, redeemed code from third party site, started download, got an error saying "there's an issue try again in a few minutes", and now it doesn't show in library or downloads. Annoying as I pre-ordered it, got back from holiday today and was looking forward to playing ASAP
