Try this steps:
- temporary disable any antivirus / firewall
- run EAapp with Admin rights
- run "App recovery" from help menu of EA app
- restart EAapp with Admin rights
- close Epic client and clear the Epic Games Launcher’s webcache:

- run Epic launcher with Admin rights
- check again that u use correct EA and Epic accounts
- run the EA game from the Epic client.

    Hey @py1oyog3eke0,

    Make sure that you have previously linked your epic games to an already pre-existing EA account. I've noticed this with many people and it appears to be the most common problem/solution. Check that you havent previously created an EA account that has the game your trying to play on it.

    So every time I want to play a game I have to do all this mess!?!? I'll ask for a refund and I'll buy the games on Steam instead.
