Rescue Zee mission bug

I got to the elevator scene where Daman and Reyvis are talking and then my game crashed. When i loaded it back up the main objective was still the elevator scene but when i got there nothing happened. I tried leaving the game but it didn’t work. I also can’t fast travel. Any recommendations?
