Rooftop garden has a "ghost plant." Can't remove or reset empty plant slot

Hello, As you can see from the screenshots below. The area circled says it is empty but you cannot plant there because the game thinks there is a plant there when in reality there is not a plant there. When will this be fixed? are you able to provide an ETA ? I want to complete this game 100% and I cannot access the final planting lot because of this. Please help or direct us to someone that can help.
