Saber Hunt California No Code sent out yet

I have not received my code from Surf Giveaways for the Califonia Saber Hunt promotional event and I’m reaching out to see if this is an isolated issue or a shared one thank you for your help. I apologize but I wanted to repost this to technical issues instead of general chat. One of the things the Agreements of the event mentioned the codes would be given out today and I haven’t received mine yet so if it is a isolated incident where would be the best place to reach support

    It sounds like this is not something that is organised by us, as in EA, and therefore we're not able to assist you with this, I am afraid. The best thing you can do is reach out to a PoC of the event that you attended.

    Saber Hunt codes missing? I attended the california saber hunt and sign up through surf and everything and haven’t gotten a code yet. Don’t know if this is an isolated issue or something everyone is experiencing.

    It sounds like this is not something that is organised by us, as in EA, and therefore we're not able to assist you with this, I am afraid. The best thing you can do is reach out to a PoC of the event that you attended.

    I’m in the same boat, I was a runner up for the Saber Hunt based in London, UK, and I haven’t received anything either. They did mention that codes would be sent to our emails on the release day. 

    I’ve emailed surf giveaways, but no reply as of yet.

    I was at the Saber Hunt in LA as well and still no code. The woman who was in charge claimed to be the social media manager for EA Star Wars. I don’t see how this wasn’t organized by EA. It was on an EA Twitter page. If the official EA help desk can’t resolve this are all 150 people just screwed??

    Seems the social media manager who was in charge of this event is no longer with the company since May, the month after the event.

    Just an update on this, it seems that a code was in fact sent to my email, I unfortunately had a full inbox at the time, so the email didn't come through. I emailed Surf Giveaways and they came back after the weekend and kindly resent the email. I am now almost done downloading the game as I write this. 

    If you haven't received anything, please do check your email junk/spam folders, and you may need to reach out to Surf Giveaways!
