Save progress removed

I finished the games story today and, as I always do, saved via meditation before I left. I saw the message that says "saved 6 seconds ago" before quitting the game. I came back a few hours later and my quest progress has been reverted to 65%. I have the achievement for finishing the story but my game is gone, so is the option on the menu to start a new game +. I'm really upset, EA please fix your game and get me my save back
