Shadow bug after Patch 7

Summarize your bug Since the latest update there are now many structures in the world that are just black. I have many screenshots and a recording that shows the problems.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just walk around on Jeddah at day-time.
What happens when the bug occurs? Many textures or structures are just black. For some it depends from where you are looking at them but for most it don't.
What do you expect to see? Just the normal textures and shadows.

It seems like Patch 7 did not have Quality control!!!!
