Sound cuts out

Question

I’m replaying Jedi Survivor on my Xbox Series X, and as I’m exploring Koboh, I noticed that the sound goes on and off very frequently. Music disappears for a second and comes back on for another second and the issue repeats. During combat, the sound cut off issue disrupts the flow and ruins the immersion.

my game is installed on my Seagate Storage Card because the built in SSD on my console is running out of space. Is there a way for Respawn to fix this issue? I did try to reinstall the game, but that didn’t fix it.

I have the same issue.the sound some time completely stops. The graphics when loading takes abit of time and respawning most of the time crashes the game.a lot of people say it’s since the patch 8 update.Xbox series x

It is highly unlikely it is an issue with the game. This board would be lit up, if it were. It is very likely your specific configuration. So, I suggest you start googling something like "sound cuts out on XBOX". Obviously, check your sound settings in game first.

@DarthFDG It is an issue and you know it but you guys were so focused on making this game for previous gen systems that you didn't take the time to iron out the bugs on the current consoles or at least the xbox series x. Fix the game for current gen systems! What you did to people who bought this game thinking it was a next gen game only was slap them in the face and spit on their shoes. Get it together EA and respawn. This is messed up
